Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry does not book a project or create a payment obligation. Before work starts, a written proposal or agreement should define the deliverables, platforms, price, payment stages, timing, client responsibilities, acceptance and handover. That agreement also addresses support, intellectual-property arrangements and cancellations.
Cancellations and refunds
A project-specific cancellation and refund arrangement must be agreed before payment. The accompanying cancellation page explains the principles we use when preparing project proposals. Neither page removes rights available under applicable law or changes an existing signed agreement.

The site includes LNCHD brand assets and illustrative artwork. The sculptural scenes are brand illustrations, not client case studies. Please contact LNCHD before reusing brand assets or artwork. Third-party names such as Shopify, Apple, Android and Google identify relevant platforms and do not claim their endorsement.

Use the website and contact channels for lawful enquiries. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, obtain unauthorized access or send harmful or misleading material.
External platforms
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and email applications lead to services operated by other providers. Their terms apply to their services. Platform fees, account responsibilities and publishing requirements relevant to a project must be covered in its proposal.
