What this website collects
The website introduces our services and provides ways to contact us. It has no customer account, checkout or enquiry database. The email enquiry tool keeps the text you enter in the current page only: it does not save it in browser storage or send it to a website server. Reloading the page clears it.
When you contact us
Email, WhatsApp and Instagram are external communication channels. If you choose to send a message, the information you share, such as your name, contact details and project description, is available through that channel for responding to your enquiry. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive material in an initial message.
WhatsApp and Instagram
The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with +971 50 770 2666; a button may include a short project-introduction message. The Instagram links open @lnchd.ae. Opening a link takes you to the relevant provider; sending a message is your choice and remains subject to that provider’s privacy practices. No social-media feeds or tracking widgets are embedded in this website.
Hosting and service providers
The website uses Google Firebase Hosting. Hosting and communication providers may process technical information, including connection information, to deliver and secure their services. Their own policies describe their processing. Final operator-specific information about providers, international transfers, retention and the handling of rights requests remains part of our continuing legal review.
Questions and information requests
Contact info@lnchd.ae with a privacy question or a request concerning information you have shared. The final notice must identify the responsible legal operator and explain the applicable retention and rights process.
